The
Alico Office Park project consists of four (4) industrial/flex-use
buildings constructed on fourteen acres on the Gulf Shore of
Southwest Florida. The individual buildings comprise over 250,000
square feet of industrial, warehouse and flex-use space. The
project is supported on a spread footing foundation with a concrete
tilt-wall exterior and structural steel frame. The roofing system
is a combination of standing seam metal and asphalt built-up
roofing.

foot warehouse/flex office space building. The project is supported

Public Safety Training Center project will provide a state-of-the-art
facility for Howard County to train their firefighters and police
departments. The work consists of a concrete foundation, structural
steel frame, metal panel and glass exterior and interior finishes. |

Rosemont
Elementary School represents a renovation and multiple additions
to the existing elementary school. The addition portion of the
project adds two new wings of classrooms and a gymnasium. The
renovation aspect of the project entails the necessary corridor
and classroom renovations necessary to interface with the new
addition. |

work at the correctional center includes a complete security
system upgrade, including all detention areas, the addition
of a new dining hall for the officers and a 13,000 square foot
